Schema and Structured Data for Law Firm AI Visibility

Structured data does not magically make an immigration firm appear in AI answers. It helps search systems understand content more clearly when the underlying page is already useful and accurate.

Use markup to clarify, not manipulate

Structured data should describe what is genuinely on the page: the organization, service, article, FAQ, breadcrumb, or local business information where appropriate.

Do not mark up claims or services that are not visible to users. That creates trust risk and can conflict with search guidelines.

Prioritise the right schema types

For immigration firms, useful schema may include Organization, LegalService or LocalBusiness where appropriate, Service, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, and Person profile markup.

The exact choice depends on the page. A service page, article, report sample, and team profile should not all use the same markup pattern.

Structured data is not a substitute for content

If the spouse visa page is thin, schema will not fix the underlying problem. The content still needs clear service explanation, trust evidence, and conversion paths.

Technical SEO should support the message, not replace it.

Audit technical and content evidence together

An AI visibility audit should check whether pages are crawlable, structured, internally linked, and aligned with the firm’s local and service positioning.

That combination is more defensible than treating AI visibility as a single hidden technical trick.
